MotorPrime is a private contact layer for vehicles—not a public lookup or emergency service.
Does the person scanning need to install an app?
No. The Tag opens a browser flow. MotorPrime is app-optional for the Owner too, so the core journey works from any modern phone browser.
Can someone look up any vehicle on MotorPrime?
No. There is no global vehicle directory. A valid, non-guessable Tag scan is the entry point to a vehicle's contact flow.
Will either phone number be visible?
The scan flow does not show either real number. Supported calls are bridged through MotorPrime, and structured alerts are dispatched without exposing contact details.
What if a Tag is lost or the vehicle is sold?
The Owner dashboard supports lost mode and Tag transfer. A lost or suspended Tag no longer starts the normal contact journey.
Is MotorPrime an emergency service?
No. MotorPrime helps someone contact a vehicle Owner privately; it does not replace police, medical, fire, towing, or roadside emergency services.
